TASTING NOTES

Nase Nose	Sweet stone fruit on the nose and a delicate floral perfume with hints of peaches in syrup, dried apricots, honeydew melon and ripe pineapple. Brown sugar, vanilla caramel, caramel and marzipan are followed by heady notes of honeysuckle and heather. Peat smoke and warm toasted oak come through with time, adding depth and complexity to the dram.
Gaumen Palate	The warmth and smooth texture of this dram elegantly envelops the palate, balancing light peat smoke and ripe fruit. Another sip confirms both the nice viscosity and depth of flavor as earthy notes of leather and shoe polish emerge from beneath the delicate smoke. The oak brings strength and sweet vanilla, chocolate and citrus complementing the waves of fruit.
Abgang Finish	Wonderful marine notes and earthy peat smoke linger on the palate with hints of citrus.
