Founded in 2010 by San Francisco native Adam Spiegel, Sonoma Distilling Company was one of the first 200 distilleries in the country and the first ever in the Sonoma wine region.
With an emphasis on grain-to-glass craftsmanship in small batches and using old-school methods, Sonoma Whiskey is authentic, bold and unpretentious, steeped in traditional values but driven by the evolved needs of the modern palate.
