Westward - American Single Malt Whiskey

Westward Whiskey from Oregon is an original American single malt, twice distilled in copper pot stills and aged in lightly burned new American oak. It is a single malt, fermented like an ale and aged like a bourbon.

Westward American Single Malt Whiskey begins its journey as an American Pale Ale that undergoes a slow fermentation and double distillation that transforms the brewery caterpillar into a beautiful whiskey butterfly.

The new spirit is then aged in lightly toasted new American oak casks. No shortcuts are taken, an approach that won double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
