Isle of Harris Distillers Ltd, nestled in the village of Tarbert on the picturesque Isle of Harris, Scotland, is a jewel of Hebridean distilling art. The distillery officially opened its doors in September 2015 and began its mission to capture the essence of its Hebridean homeland in every bottle.

It is known for its unique offerings, particularly the Isle of Harris Gin, which is defined by hand-harvested local sugar kelp seaweed, giving it a smooth, complex, and refreshing profile. Additionally, the distillery's whisky, known as 'The Hearach,' Gaelic for an inhabitant of Harris, is entirely distilled, matured, and bottled on the island, with its water sourced from the Abhainn Cnoc a' Charrain stream, which flows over some of the oldest rocks on earth, signifying a deep connection to the land.
