Collection Ballechin - Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Edradour is the smallest distillery in Scotland and also has the smallest stills in Scotland. Production is overseen by just three men, including the distillery manager, and the distillery produces just 12 casks (600 gallons) per week from four washes.

Highland malts are characterized by a unique depth of flavor and quality that is the result of a fine blend of high altitude and mountain water. For many connoisseurs, Edradour is the jewel in the Highland crown with its exquisitely smooth and creamy texture with just a hint of smoke.

Various whiskeys are available from the distillery, which was established after 2002, none of which have been artificially colored or chill-filtered in any way. There is a non-chill filtered 12 year old malt, part of which goes into the House of Lords and Clan Campbell blends.

A heavily peated version of the edradour called Ballechin is also made two days a week. It is named after the former distillery in nearby Ballechin.
