Minor Case Rye Whiskey is produced by the Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. Limestone Branch is owned and operated by Steve and Paul Beam, seventh-generation distillers from the legendary whiskey family.

The Limestone Branch Distillery performs every step of the whiskey-making process without automation and uses the same yeast strain from Guy Beam and Minor Case, the ancestors of Steve and Paul Beam.
