Jennifer Nickerson, Stuart Nickerson and Liam Ahearn founded Tipperary Boutique Distillery Limited in 2014. Having spent the last few years releasing independently bottled Irish single malt whiskeys, they are now ready to launch their first homegrown single malt Irish whiskey bring to.

Each bottle is numbered so each bottle is special. The whiskeys are not chill-filtered, so that the full flavor of the spirit is preserved.

Watershed and Knockmealdowns whiskeys are brought to bottling strength with water from the Ballindoney farm, creating a unique bond with Tipperary.
