Ninkasi - French Whiskey

Following the success of the Lyonnaise brewery of the same name, Ninkasi began producing whiskey in 2015 after being founded in Tarare (Rhône, France) in 2012. Ninkasi distillery currently produces beers, whiskeys, vodka (based on organic wheat), brandies and lemonades.

At the heart of the distillation of the malt mash are two Charentais copper stills that do their work in the heart of the distillery. The whiskeys are non-chill filtered and matured for a long time in carefully selected French casks.
