Collection Italy

Italy's long history and contribution to world gastronomy is unmatched. However, Italian whiskey is still in its infancy, but its distillers are already exploring new ways to create spirits that reflect both tradition and regional influences.

Tucked away in the Ortler Alps, in the town of Glorenza, lies the PUNI distillery, named after the nearby Puni River.

PUNI and the idea of an Italian whiskey were developed back in 2010. The importance of the purity of water often inspires a distiller. In the Aosta Valley, pure alpine water rolls off the high peaks of the Ortler mountains. This pure water and the climatic changes in the Aosta Valley make it an ideal place for distillation and aging.
