Whitlaw Whiskey - Iceland Single Malt Scotch

Whitlaw is the name of the hills behind Highland Park Distillery, which is why the Whitlaw name is regularly used as a pseudonym for the brand.

Very different from that of the mainland, Orkney peat is composed of moss and heather, producing more of a light smoke interwoven with aromatic and fragrant notes. The Whitlaw Distillery style is a sweet, honeyed and spicy malt that can be quite fruity and has a long, slightly smoky finish.
