The Whistler - Irish Malt Whiskey

Founded in 2015 by the Cooney family, Boann Distillery is located in the Boyne Valley in County Louth, Ireland. The distillery is the first to open in the area in 50 years. The facility already produces gins, but started producing whiskey in 2017.

The whiskey for the new Whistler range is sourced from a different distillery. The concept was born at a family celebration on New Year's Eve: "Brought to life on a fabulous New Year's Eve, this whiskey has notes of family tradition and history. Whistler is a whiskey of remarkable craftsmanship as old as the story told, the written word and the Whistled Melody" (Boann Distillery).
