Eden Mill - Highlands Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Eden Mill St Andrews is an independent microbrewery and distillery based in Guardbridge, Scotland, approximately 5km north west of St Andrews. It is located on campus owned by the University of St Andrews. With the start of production of Scotch whiskey and gin in 2014, Eden Mill became the first combined brewery and distillery in Scotland.

In 2018, Eden Mill launched the first single malt whiskey distilled at St Andrews in over 150 years. The first bottling was sold at auction and broke the world record for a first bottling at £7,100.
