Behind Brother's Bond Bourbon, a Straight Bourbon Whiskey , are the American actors - Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, two real Whiskey Brothers.

Probably best known for their collaborative roles on the CW series The Vampire Diaries . Wesley and Somerhalder's friendship eventually led to the formation of Brother's Bond Distilling Co.

It's a true labor of love for the Vampire Diaries veterans who play the Salvatore brothers, as they worked with MGP in Indiana to develop the blend and select the casks for the four-year aging process.

That dedication is evident in the four-grain bourbon (made from corn, wheat, barley and rye), which is bottled at 40% ABV and has an incredibly smooth finish that will appeal to whiskey lovers drinking it neat , as well as whiskey novices who want to enjoy it in a cocktail.

MGP of Indiana (Midwest Grain Products of Indiana) , formerly known as LDI (Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana), is a distillery in Lawrenceburg , Indiana that produces spirits for private label sale .

These are sold under around 50 different brand names by different bottlers. Recently there are also own products: Till Vodka, George Remus Bourbon and Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey. The facility's biggest customer is London-based multinational beverage giant Diageo.
