Evan Williams Single Barrel is the only vintage-dated single cask bourbon on the market. Similar to the process of selecting vintage wines, the distillers hand-select individual casks that meet the specifications they have set.
Then each bottle is hallmarked with the date of bottling in oak, the year of bottling and the exact cask number of the individual cask the bourbon came from.
