DESCRIPTION

The Dingle Distillery presents "Cónocht An Earraigh" from the "Wheel of the Year" series, a tribute to the Celtic heritage and traditions of the Dingle Peninsula. This special edition celebrates the spring equinox, a time when day and night are of equal length and new life awakens.

The "Cónocht An Earraigh" is a Single Malt Irish Whiskey that has been aged in first-fill bourbon barrels and finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. This maturation process gives it a complex aroma profile with notes of ripe red fruits, subtle spices, gingerbread, fruit tart, and caramel toffee.

With an alcohol content of 50.5% and a limited release of 3000 bottles, this whiskey offers a rich and profound taste experience.
