DESCRIPTION
Brother's Bond Bottled-in-Bond 7 Years is a high-quality straight bourbon whiskey made under the strict specifications of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. These regulations require that the whiskey be produced by a single distiller in a single distillation season, aged for at least four years in a government-controlled warehouse, and bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV). Brother's Bond goes beyond these minimum requirements and ages its bourbon for seven years, resulting in remarkable depth and complexity.

The mashbill of this bourbon is 51% corn, 39% rye, and 10% malted rye, making it a high rye bourbon. This composition gives the whiskey a balanced blend of sweetness and spice. Maturation takes place in heavily charred oak barrels and the whiskey is bottled without chill filtration to preserve its natural flavors and textures.
TASTING NOTES
Nose A harmonious mix of vanilla, toasted oak and sweet caramel, complemented by subtle notes of baking spices and dried fruit.
Palate Butterscotch, toffee and a hint of maple syrup dominate the palate, accompanied by a gentle spice of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish Long and satisfying, with pleasant notes of oak, vanilla and caramel that leave a warm and comforting feeling.

  • Brother's Bond - American Bourbon Whiskey

Brothers Bond Bourbon, a Straight Bourbon Whiskey, is the brainchild of American actors Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, the real-life whisky brothers. Best known for their roles in the CW series "The Vampire Diaries," Wesley and Somerhalder's friendship eventually led to the creation of the Brother's Bond Distilling Co.

For these "Vampire Diaries" veterans, who portrayed the Salvatore brothers on screen, crafting this bourbon is a true labor of love. They collaborated with MGP in Indiana to develop the blend and select barrels for the four-year aging process. This dedication is evident in the four-grain bourbon (made from corn, wheat, barley, and rye), bottled at 40% ABV, offering an incredibly smooth finish that appeals to both seasoned whiskey lovers and newcomers, whether enjoyed neat or in a cocktail.

MGP of Indiana (Midwest Grain Products of Indiana), formerly known as LDI (Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana), is a distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, producing spirits for private label sales. These are distributed under about 50 different brand names by various bottlers. Recently, MGP has also introduced its own products: Till Vodka, George Remus Bourbon, and Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey. The facility's largest client is London-based multinational beverage giant Diageo.

Discover Brothers Bond Bourbon, a celebrity-crafted whiskey that embodies the spirit of friendship and a passion for quality, perfect for those who appreciate a smooth, well-balanced bourbon experience.
