DESCRIPTION

Es ist die vierte Charge und der erste Mais-Spirit aus der texanischen Brennerei Balcones für den TBWC-Abfüller. Es ist ein großer, kräftiger Maisbrand, der aus blauem Hopi-Mais hergestellt wird. Der Spirit wird geräuchert, bevor in einem Pedro-Ximenez-Fass reift.

Was ist auf dem Label zu sehen? Die Hell & Back Tour der Brimstone Cowboys. Zwar schon etwas länger her, aber die Tour lebt auf dem Label weiter.

TASTING NOTES

Nase Nose	Brombeeren, schwarze Johannisbeeren, Lakritze, Sirup und Anklänge an dunkle Schokolade und verbranntes Holz.
Gaumen Palate	Süß und fruchtig, mit Pflaumen, Datteln, Feigen und Rosinen. Anklänge von Kaffee und Tabak, und wenn sich die Holzgewürze entwickeln, kommt eine holzige Rauchigkeit.
Abgang Finish	Schokoladensüße mit trockenem Rauch.
