Hergestellt aus einer Maische aus gemälzter und ungemälzter Gerste und anschließend dreifach in kupfernen Pot Stills destilliert, zeichnet sich dieser Redbreast 12 durch die geschmackliche Komplexität und die unverwechselbaren Qualitäten eines Pot Still Whiskeys aus.

Der Whiskey reifte in einer Kombination aus Bourbon-Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche und Oloroso-Fässern aus spanischer Sherry-Eiche. Die Abfüllung in Fassstärke gibt diesem speziellen Redbreast 12 einen besonders vollmundigen Geschmack.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Saftige exotische Früchte mit einem Hauch von Zitrusfrüchten, ergänzt durch tiefere Noten von getrockneten Aprikosen und Sultaninen. Ein Hauch von verschiedenen Gewürzen und getoastetem Holz.
Palate Reichhaltig, vollmundig und weich mit üppigen Früchten und Gewürzen. Süße von Vanille und ein Hauch von Eiche.
Finish Lang mit einer raffinierten Kombination aus Früchten und Gewürzen, die langsam in geröstetes Eichenholz und dann in Gerste übergeht.
