    The origin of Old Tahoe Distillery began over 60 years ago when a strong, close-knit Italian family welcomed their firstborn grandson.

    Mark Taverniti learned the family tradition of winemaking by assisting his father and grandmother in the process. This family tradition eventually led to the founding of Old Tahoe Distillery.

    Old Tahoe Distillery was established to market and sell traditional Straight Rye Whiskey and Honey Flavored Rye Whiskey.
