Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 86 % bietet Old Forester ein echtes Bourbon-Erlebnis mit reichem, vollem Geschmack und einem weichen Charakter, der sich ideal zum puren Genießen, auf Eis, mit einem Spritzer Wasser oder in klassischen Cocktails eignet.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Scharf und süß, mit einem starken blumigen Charakter, der sich mit einem Hauch von Minze, reichem Tabakblatt und Vanille vermischt.
Palate Ein Hauch von Eiche und Kiefer sorgt für eine starke Untermauerung. Zunächst scharf, aber schnell weicher werdend, mit einem Hauch von Eiche, süßem Mais und Roggenkorn. Würzig, mit sanfter Vanille und leichten Orangennoten.
Finish Lang, warm und leicht trocknend. Schönes Maß an Süße.

  • Old Forester - American Bourbon Whiskey

    Old Forester is a brand of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation. The brand has been on the market longer than any other bourbon (about 150 years as of 2020) and was the first bourbon to be sold exclusively in sealed bottles.

    The first bottling and marketing were carried out in 1870 by the former pharmaceutical representative and now bourbon merchant George Garvin Brown, the founder of the Brown-Forman Corporation (whose descendants still run the company). During Prohibition from 1920 to 1933, Brown-Forman received one of only six licenses that allowed legal production (for medicinal purposes).
