On the label you will see a card that appears to be tracking something. Maybe it's an indication of what kind of cask the whiskey was slumbering in?

TASTING NOTES

Nase Nose	Nutty malt with a layer of melted chocolate and dried fruit. A few flakes of sea breeze develop.
Gaumen Palate	Dried fruit coated in honey, thick caramel and hints of earthy peat.
Abgang Finish	Peach pulp and honeyed malt. Baking spices at the very end.

Langatun - Swiss Whisky
Im Jahr 2005, mehr als 150 Jahre nach der Gründung der Brennerei durch Jakob Baumberger, beschloss Hans Baumberger III, die Vision seines Urgroßvaters weiterzuführen. In bester Familientradition begann er mit der Kreation der handgefertigten "Langatun" Swiss Single Malt Whiskys.
