The Knappogue Castle Cask Finish Series is a range of single malts aged in the finest wine casks. This bottling brings together Ireland and Italy, with the Irish distiller relying on an Italian winery for this third special and limited release of their 12-year-old whiskey.

TASTING NOTES
Nase
Nose		 Fruity with aromas of strawberries, cinnamon rolls, banana donuts and caramel candies.
Gaumen
Palate		 A great blend of spice and fruit characters. Red apples, berries and red cherries.

Finish		 A hint of peppery oak leads to a spicy finish.
