In 2019, George Dickel entered the "Bottled in Bond" category by launching the brand's "Fall 2005" whiskey, which received the coveted Whiskey of the Year award from the Whiskey Advocate and Best American by the Wine Enthusiast Whiskey of the Year 2019.

The 11 year old whiskey was distilled in autumn 2008 and offers enticing notes of pecan, maple syrup and dried apple.

At 50% ABV (100 proof), this version of George Dickel's Bottled in Bond is best enjoyed neat or over ice and pairs well with many classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or Perfect Manhattan.
