DESCRIPTION
Nach der Veröffentlichung des herausragenden ersten Fettercairn 16 Year Old im vergangenen Jahr hat die Brennerei nun seinen Nachfolger, den Fettercairn 16 Year Old 2nd Release 2021 Edition, herausgebracht.

Für diese Abfüllung werden sowohl in Sherry gereifte als auch in Sherry gefinishte Whiskys verwendet. Zu den Fässern, die aus Jerez stammen, gehören First-Fill Oloroso, Refill Oloroso und First-Fill Palo Cortado Sherry Butts.

Das Ziel war es, sicherzustellen, dass diese Fässer etwas Neues auf den Tisch bringen, ohne den tropischen Frucht- und Malzstil des Hauses Fettercairn mit Füßen zu treten.
