Dieser exklusive Single Malt der Marke ElsBurn reifte in einer italienischen Fasskombination aus first fill Amarone- und Marsala-Fässern. Dem schweren, vollmundigen Rotwein aus der Region Valpolicella in Venetien und dem lieblichen sizilianischen Dessertwein verdankt der ElsBurn Italian Connection nicht nur seine einladend dunkle Farbe.

Der Single Malt strotzt nur so vor dunklen Früchten wie Kirsche, Johannisbeere und Pflaume. Neben den intensiven Fruchtnoten spielt der Whisky am Gaumen mit Kaffee, nussigen Einschlägen und einem Hauch von Gewürzen.
