A superb 21-year-old single malt from Highland distillery Edradour, distilled in 1999 and first aged in ex-Bourbon hogsheads for 13 years before being racked into a small batch of 25 freshly bottled Premier Grand Cru Bordeaux hogsheads in 2013.
