BESCHREIBUNG
The ten year old Edradour is handcrafted and one of the last single malt whiskeys from a traditional farm distillery still producing today. Production methods have remained virtually unchanged for the last 150 years and are barely sufficient for commercial quantities. In fact, Edradour Distillery produces as much whiskey in a year as most distilleries produce in a week.

Matured in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks. Chill filtered with 40% ABV.

TASTING NOTES
Nase
Nose		 Notes of dried fruits, oloroso and almonds.
Gaumen
Palate		 Spicy Christmas cake, sweet golden syrup with hints of honeyed almonds. A distinct, old-fashioned, rich mouthfeel deriving from the small copper stills.
Abgang
Finish		 Oak wood, soft spices, soft and warming.

    Für seine unbestreitbar hohe Qualität lieferte „Scotland’s little gem“ im Laufe des wieder Jahres zahlreiche Belege – beispielsweise in Form des beliebten Edradour im Ibisco Dekanter.
