DESCRIPTION

Die Cotswolds Distillery ist seit 2014 die erste vollumfängliche Brennerei der Region. Inmitten eines Postkartenidylls produziert sie aus lokaler, bodengemälzter Gerste naturbelassenen, englischen Whisky in zwei kupfernen Pot Stills. Dessen Hauptmerkmal? Fruchtige Komplexität.

Mit dem Cotswolds Golden Wold leiten die Brenner ihre neue Harvest Serie ein. Einmal pro Jahr werden künftig Single Malts die Landschaft der Cotswolds durch die Kunst des Whisky-Blendings und der Malerei feiern. Gemälde der lokalen Künstlerin Josephine Trotter zieren dabei die Geschenkverpackungen.

Der Cotswolds Golden Wold ist ein Blend aus Bourbon-, STR-Rotwein- und Peated-Fässern. Mit seinem sanften, harmonischen Charakter spiegelt er das Idyll der Cotswold am Ende eines schönen Sommers und bringt den vollmundigen, fruchtigen Cotswolds-Charakter hervorragend zur Geltung.
