DESCRIPTION

Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey ist ein amerikanischer Bourbon-Whiskey, der für sein reiches, eichiges Aroma und seinen weichen, sauberen Abgang bekannt ist. Der Charakter dieses Bourbons ergibt sich aus seiner einzigartigen Getreidemischung, die zum größten Teil aus Mais besteht, gefolgt von Roggen und gemälzter Gerste.

Die genaue Getreidemischung, die auch als "mash bill" bezeichnet wird, besteht aus 68 % Mais, 28 % Roggen und 4 % gemälzter Gerste. Diese Maischung verleiht dem Bulleit Bourbon seinen charakteristischen kräftigen und würzigen Geschmack mit einem Hauch von Vanille und einem langen, rauchigen Abgang.

Dieser Bourbon wird im Bundesstaat Kentucky destilliert und reift dort mindestens 6 Jahre lang. Kentucky ist bekannt für sein kalksteingefiltertes Wasser, das dem Bourbon seinen besonderen Geschmack verleiht. Die Reifung in verkohlten Fässern aus amerikanischer Weißeiche verleiht dem Bulleit Bourbon eine tiefe Bernsteinfarbe und unterstreicht sein reichhaltiges, eichenartiges Aroma.

Mit 45% ABV (90 proof) abgefüllt, eignet sich Bulleit Bourbon perfekt zum puren Genuss, als "on the rocks" oder als Grundlage für einen klassischen Whiskey-Cocktail.

Die Marke Bulleit ist stolz auf ihr Erbe und hat den Bourbon nach ihrem Gründer Augustus Bulleit benannt, der das Originalrezept in den 1800er Jahren entwickelt hat.
