Der Kellermeister und Master Blender Erwan Lefebvre hatte bei der Auswahl der Fässer freie Hand und wählte die besten Exemplare aus den Lagerhäusern für diese Abfüllung aus.

Die Besonderheit dieser Edition liegt in der Veröffentlichung der Liste der verwendeten Fässer auf dem Etikett, einschließlich der Tastingnotes der einzelnen Fässer. Die Komposition des Armorik Maitre de Chai zeichnet sich durch ihre große Komplexität und hervorragende Ausgewogenheit aus. Die Verwendung zahlreicher französischer Weinfässer, ex Bourbon- und Sherryfässer trägt zu einem intensiv fruchtigen Geschmacksprofil bei, das die Fruchtigkeit des Armorik Destillats mit den Fruchtnoten der Weinfässer kombiniert.
