Bulleit Barrel Strength wurde bei der San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2018 als Best Straight Bourbon mit einer Double Gold Medal ausgezeichnet und erhielt bei der Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2017 eine Punktzahl von 92 - eine Fortsetzung der Geschichte von Bulleit, preisgekrönte Whiskeys zu teilen.

Die Fässer, die für die Herstellung von Bulleit Barrel Strength ausgewählt wurden, wurden geleert und zu einer einzigen Charge zusammengefasst, ohne dass dem Whiskey nach der Entnahme aus den Fässern zusätzliches Wasser zugesetzt wurde. Dieses neue Angebot, das bei Stitzel-Weller in Louisville, Kyoto, gereift und abgefüllt wurde, bietet Barkeepern und Fans von großartigem Whiskey die Möglichkeit, Bulleit Bourbon direkt aus dem Fass, unverschnitten und nicht kühlgefiltert, zu probieren.
