DESCRIPTION
Die südlichste Distillery in Schottland hat jüngst ihre bisher älteste Abfüllung vorgestellt und nun ist sie auch in Deutschland verfügbar.

Mit 30 Jahren Reifung, in Oloroso Sherry und Mosacatel-Fässern, stammt dieser Single Malt noch von den Vor-Vorbesitzern der Brennerei, die Bladnoch 1993 schlossen und schließlich verkauften (erst acht Jahre später ging Bladnoch dann unter neuen Besitzern wieder in Betrieb - aber auch nur bis 2009, um dann erneut für acht Jahre in einen Dornröschenschlaf zu fallen).

Die Vorräte von Fässern aus der Zeit vor 1993 sind äußerst gering und so handelt es sich beim 30-jährigen Bladnoch in der Tat um eine „Rare Release“.

Das erste Batch, die „2022 Release“, ist auf 950 Flaschen limitiert und wurde in Cask Strength von nur noch 45,5% abgefüllt.

Der Besonderheit angemessen ist sicherlich auch die lederbezogene Holzbox.

NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION
Nez Getrocknete Aprikosen, blumig und Muskatnuss, mit Sevilla-Orangen.
Bouche Mandeln und Marzipan mit Sevilla-Orangen.
Final Leicht, blumig und fruchtig mit einem Hauch von schwarzem Pfeffer.
