Inspiriert von der atemberaubenden Landschaft, produziert die Brennerei aus lokaler, bodengemälzter Gerste naturbelassenen Whisky.

Exklusiv für die Kunden von Kirsch Import gönnte die Cotswolds Distillery ihrem fruchtig-komplexen Rohbrand eine besonders aromatische Reifezeit.

Der Cotswolds 2016/2022 reifte in einem Hogshead aus spanischer Eiche, vorbelegt mit trockenem, nussigem Sherry vom Typ Oloroso. Die verlockend dunkle Einzelfassabfüllung floss mit 59,9% vol. Cask Strength direkt aus dem Fass in insgesamt 297 Flaschen.
