Mirador ist eine delikate und doch reichhaltige Interpretation des preisgekrönten Texas Single Malt der Brennerei.

Vollständig in nachgefüllten Eichenfässern gereift, kommen die fruchtigen und honigartigen Noten des reifen Malzbrandes elegant zum Ausdruck, mit minimalem Eicheneinfluss.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Unreife und grüne Noten von Birne, grünen Apfelschalen und Blütenstielen öffnen sich zu Geißblatt und herabgefallenen Blättern, bevor sie reiche Noten von Honig, braunem Zucker und weichem Wildleder enthüllen.
Palate Aromen von grünen Früchten und leichten Kräutern erinnern an grünen Tee und Honig mit einem Hauch von Fenchel und Zitronengras. Der leichte Fruchtsirup vermischt sich mit den sanften Gewürznoten und erinnert an Apfelkuchen mit Lemon Curd, Obstsalat mit Marshmallows und Pekannüssen.
