DESCRIPTION
Der Gründer Conor McGregor und sein Team suchten nach einem Ort und Menschen, die die gleiche Leidenschaft für Irland und seinen Whiskey teilen. Er fand dies in der ältesten Whiskey-Brennerei auf der Insel Irland (Bushmills) und schuf mit seinem Brennmeister eine einzigartige und besondere Mischung.

Nach vielen Versuchen und Irrtümern gelang es ihnen, eine Mischung aus süßem irischem Getreide und irischem Single Malt Whiskey zu kreieren. Das Ergebnis ist ein weicher, ausgewogener Whiskey mit einem Hauch von Vanille, honigartiger Süße und getoastetem Holz.

Der Name stammt von Dublin 12, dem Postbezirk im Südwesten Dublins, zu dem auch Crumlin gehört, das Viertel, in dem McGregor aufgewachsen ist.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Das Aroma ist leicht und blumig, mit Geißblatt und Limette, Vanille und gebranntem Karamell.
Palate Fruchtig mit Äpfeln, Pfirsichen, Birnen und milden Gewürzen.
Finish Weiche Gewürze und ein Hauch von Honig.

    The Dublin-born MMA fighter Conor McGregor has set his sights on a different industry: the world of whiskey. In 2018, McGregor launched his own whiskey brand by creating Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey.

    He and his team searched for a place and people who share the same passion for Ireland and its whiskey. He found this in the oldest whiskey distillery on the island of Ireland (Bushmills) and created a unique and special blend with his master distiller.

    The name comes from Dublin 12, the postal district in southwest Dublin, which includes Crumlin, the neighborhood where McGregor grew up.
