Evan Williams Single Barrel ist der einzige jahrgangsdatierte Einzelfass-Bourbon auf dem Markt. Ähnlich wie bei der Auswahl von Jahrgangsweinen wählen die Destillateure einzelne Fässer, die den von ihnen festgelegten Spezifikationen entsprechen, von Hand aus.

Dann wird jede Flasche mit dem Datum der Abfüllung in Eichenholz, dem Jahr der Abfüllung und der genauen Fassnummer des einzelnen Fasses, aus dem der Bourbon stammt, gekennzeichnet.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Dunkles Karamell, süße Eiche und verkohltes Holz.
Palate Üppig und würzig. Eiche mit Honig-, Apfel- und Orangennoten.
Finish Lang, anmutig und entspannt.

    Evan Williams is a brand of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Heaven Hill. The product is aged for at least four years (which is more than the minimum of two years required to be labeled as "Straight" Bourbon, but it meets the minimum requirement for a Straight Whiskey that does not have an age statement on the label).

    It is one of the best-selling whiskey brands in the world. Although bottled in Bardstown, the product is distilled at the Heaven Hill Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.
