The Canadian Corn Whisky 8 Year Old from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is a unique Canadian whisky, fully matured in Oloroso sherry casks. With an alcohol content of 45.8%, this whisky offers a rich, intense flavor profile that reflects the fertile landscapes of Canada and the country's agricultural tradition. Made from 95% corn and 5% rye, this whisky combines the natural sweetness of corn with the complex, fruity notes of sherry.

The whisky is non-chill-filtered and retains its natural cask color, meaning all flavors and colors come directly from the cask. The taste reveals a blend of toffee ice cream, toasted almonds, popcorn, and dried fruits, providing depth and complexity. The finish is characterized by a creamy texture and a mix of sweet and spicy notes that linger on the palate.

The bottle is part of a limited edition and features an artistically designed label, adorned with a moose, in keeping with the Canadian theme and inspired by the colors of the Northern Lights.
