Dies ist die 10. Abfüllung der That Boutique-y Whisky Company aus der Destillerie Aberlour in der Speyside. Es ist ein 31 Jahre alter Single Malt Whisky, der 1990 destilliert, in einem einzigen Fass gereift und in Fassstärke abgefüllt wurde.

Auf dem Etikett hat die Künstlerin Emily Chappell das legendäre Hotel, das auf dem Originaletikett von TBWC Aberlour abgebildet ist, in einen Maischebottich verwandelt, der sich öffnen lässt, um das brodelnde und kochende Innenleben zu zeigen.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Reichhaltig, fruchtig und blumig. Zarte Obstgartenblüten, gefolgt von Apfelkompott, karamellisierten pochierten Birnen, Rosinen und Medjool-Datteln.
