    Die Waterford Distillery ist ein irischer Whiskyhersteller in Waterford, Irland. Die Brennerei wurde von Mark Reynier gegründet, einem ehemaligen Besitzer der Bruichladdich Distillery in Schottland. Die Brennerei befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Guinness-Brauerei, die 2013 geschlossen wurde und 2014 von Reynier gekauft wurde, um mit der Destillationsarbeit zu beginnen.

    Die Brennerei ist bekannt für ihren Fokus auf das Terroir, ein Konzept, das eher mit der Weinproduktion in Verbindung gebracht wird und besagt, dass Geschmack und Qualität eines Produkts von der Umgebung beeinflusst werden, in der es hergestellt wird.
