Shipping policy

It’s Simple. Shipping costs are based on the value of the goods.

Germany:
For orders up to €124.99: Shipping is €4.99
For orders of €125.00 and above: €0.00 - free of charge
Selected EU countries:
Currently shipping to: Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands
For orders up to €299.99: Shipping is €12.99
For orders of €300.00 and above: €0.00 - free of charge


Shipping is always via insured DHL package, including tracking, within Germany and selected countries within the EU. Within Germany, all shipments are sent climate-neutral with the GoGreen option. 

All bottles available for order are in stock and are usually dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). The DHL shipping time is generally between 1 - 3 business days within Germany and 2 - 6 business days within other EU countries.
