DESCRIPTION

The Scapa 21 Year Old is a Scottish single malt whisky from the Scapa distillery on the Orkney Islands. Founded in 1885, the distillery uses a combination of traditional pot stills and the Lomond Wash Still to create a whisky with distinct fruity and honey-sweet notes.

The Scapa 21 Year Old matured for 21 years in first-fill bourbon casks made of American oak, resulting in a well-balanced flavor. With an alcohol content of 40% ABV, this whisky is soft yet complex. On the nose, it offers aromas of dried fruits, vanilla, and subtle smoky wood notes. On the palate, sweet flavors of caramel and honey emerge, complemented by subtle spices and a gentle oak influence. The finish is long and rounded, with a pleasant, slightly spicy aftertaste.
