DESCRIPTION

Ondjaba Triple Grain Whiskey ist die erste Whiskey-Veröffentlichung der Erongo Mountain Winery in Namibia. Die drei für diesen Whiskey verwendeten Getreidesorten sind: Mais, gemälzter Weizen und gemälzte Perlhirse (Mahangu genannt).

Die Reifung nach der mehrstufigen Destillation erfolgte sowohl in Rotweinfässern als auch in frischen amerikanischen Weißeichenfässern.

Der Ondjaba Gravino erhielt sein Finish in einem einheimischen "Gravino"-Likörweinfass, das dem entstandenen Whiskey einige fruchtige Noten verlieh.

    Recently, the distillery launched its first whiskey called Ondjaba. It is a smooth triple grain whiskey that captures the unique spicy aromas of wild Namibia.
