DESCRIPTION
Dieser Whisky reifte achtzehn lange Jahre in amerikanischen Ex-Bourbon-Fässern aus Weißeiche und wurde dann mit erstklassigen Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux-Rotweinfässern aus Südfrankreich angereichert.

Das Ergebnis ist ein unglaublich reichhaltiger und fruchtiger Whisky mit Aromen von gekochten Himbeeren, warmen Gewürzen, reichhaltigem Karamell und Crème Anglaise.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Kräftige rote Früchte, Toffee, Crème anglaise und Zimt.
Palate Warme Gewürze und reiche schwarze Waldfrüchte, unterstützt durch gekochte Himbeeren und Erdbeeren und einen Hauch von Schokolade.
Finish Etwas langatmig, mit Schokoladennoten und einem sehr leichten Hauch von Rauch.

  • Jura - Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky

    The Jura Distillery is a Scottish whisky distillery located on the Isle of Jura in the Inner Hebrides off the west coast of Scotland.

    The distillery is owned by Whyte and Mackay, a company founded and based in Glasgow. The Jura Distillery was established in the 1960s, although it stands on the site of an earlier distillery that was closed in 1910. The first single malts from the modern distillery were launched in 1974, but they only became widely available after the acquisition by Whyte & Mackay in 1993.

    One of the most recent additions to the range is the limited edition Cask Finishes series.
