DESCRIPTION

This year, too, Santa Claus is bringing something very special for whisky lovers: the ElsBurn Cosy Winter X - a limited exclusive bottling for Kirsch Import customers only. This Hercynian single malt is made for the cold season and combines seductive aromas of open fire, spicy speculaas, dried fruit, red apple, mandarin, plum, raisin and fine chocolate. One sip and Christmas can be felt with every drop.

The coziness that the name promises is also reflected in the production process: Cosy Winter X owes its warm, reddish-brown shimmer to maturation in select first-fill PX sherry and Amarone casks. The "gently woodsmoked" character - a gentle hint of smoke - rounds off the taste experience and creates a campfire feeling in the glass.

With a strong cask strength of 53.1% ABV and in its natural form – neither coloured nor chill-filtered – this wintery dram comes in a strictly limited edition: only 641 bottles are available.
