Für die Feis Ile 2021-Feierlichkeiten hat Head Distiller Adam Hannett einen 17 Jahre alten, ungetorften Bruichladdich ausgewählt, der über die gesamte Laufzeit in einem "unglaublichen" 2nd-Fill-Sherry-Fass gereift ist.

Trotz der experimentellen Natur der Brennerei, wenn es um die Reifung geht, mit ihren Lagerhäusern, die mit über 200 verschiedenen Fasstypen gefüllt sind, gehören die Sherry-Fässer zu den seltensten, die man in der Bruichladdich-Brennerei finden kann.

Dieser 2003 aus 100 % schottischer Gerste destillierte 50cl Single Cask Release ist auf 840 Flaschen limitiert und wird ohne Kältefilterung und ohne Farbstoffe mit 59,2 % vol. abgefüllt.
