Sie werden nur in Spanien aus europäischer Eiche hergestellt, einer Holzart, die weniger porös ist und daher mehr Zeit für die Reifung ihrer reichen Aromen benötigt.     The Filliers family started their journey into spirit production when Karel Lodewijk Filliers branched out from farming to distilling Jenever in the 18th century. This legacy has been carried forward, with the distillery now being operated by the fifth generation of the Filliers family.
