DESCRIPTION
Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey – weder Blend noch Single Malt, sondern etwas einzigartig Irisches. Destillate dieser Kategorie entstehen in einer einzelnen Brennerei, die dafür eine Mashbill aus gemälzter und ungemälzter Gerste zusammen in traditionellen Kupferbrennblasen destilliert. Wer das besonders gut beherrscht? Die Dingle Distillery.

Mit ihrem neuen Fifth Single Pot Still Release beschließen die Brenner von der irischen Atlantikküste jedoch ihre in kleinen Batches destillierte Reihe. Zum Abschluss der Range zelebriert Dingle den ureigenen Brennereicharakter. Batch 5 reift dafür ausschließlich in Bourbon Casks und bringt eine köstliche Kombination aus Kokos, Salzkaramell und Mandeln, weißer Schokolade, Marzipan und Kräuternoten ins Glas.

TASTING NOTES
Nose Sorbet, Felsen am Meer, Eissoda, Kokosnuss, gesalzenes Karamell, frisch gebackene Zimtbrötchen.
Palate Mandelsplitter, kristallisierter Ingwer, gefriergetrocknete Himbeeren, Butterminze, weiße Schokolade, Marzipan.
