DESCRIPTION

Dieser 100% Rye Mashbill begann mit Elbon Rye aus Nordwest-Texas, begleitet von Kristall, Schokolade und geröstetem Roggen. Dieser Rye Spirit wurde in Kupferbrennblasen destilliert.

Der Schluck bietet die Würze, nach der sich Roggenliebhaber sehnen, aber mit der kühnen Zugabe von reichen Schokoladennoten im ganzen. Noch beeindruckender ist, dass er all dies mit weniger als zwei Jahren Reifezeit und wenig bis gar keinen typischen jugendlichen Geschmacksnoten zustande bringt.

Nose Sanft verkohlte Eiche, schwarzer Tee und gestoßener Pfeffer öffnen sich zu Früchten und schokoladenüberzogenen Kirschen.
