DESCRIPTION

The Dingle Lá an Dreoilín is the crowning conclusion to the celebrated "Wheel of the Year" series from the Dingle Distillery, which has stood for Irish craftsmanship and quality for over a decade. This special release honors "Wren's Day" (Lá an Dreoilín), an Irish tradition celebrated on December 26th, rooted in Celtic mythology, where the wren is seen as a symbol of the past year.

The Single Pot Still Whiskey was first matured in bourbon casks and finished in muscatel wine casks. This meticulous process gives it a complex aroma profile: on the nose, candied almonds and black cherries meet dark chocolate and caramelized bananas. On the palate, roasted cinnamon, honey, and ginger unfold, complemented by spiced almonds. The finish is creamy, with warm spices and notes of dried fruits—a refined, long-lasting pleasure.

The Dingle Lá an Dreoilín combines masterful whiskey craftsmanship with cultural depth and is a must-have for collectors and lovers of premium Irish whiskeys. This limited-edition release is not only a delight but also a piece of Irish heritage.
