Die Colere Editions werden mit einzigartigen Gerstensorten, welche außerhalb des Rohstoffsystems gezüchtet werden, produziert.

Auch die zweite Colere Edition ist limitiert, wird nur einmal im Jahr abgefüllt und hat sich neuen Gerstensorten verschrieben, bei denen der Geschmack und nicht der Ertrag im Vordergrund steht.

„Talisman“ ist eine zweireihige Wintergerste (verwandt mit der Sorte Marris Otter) und wird nach der Destillation ausschließlich in gebrauchten Fässern gereift, um den Holzeinfluss relativ gering zu halten und ihn in die perfekte Balance mit den feinen Aromen des Getreides zu bringen.
